When you live in Skåne, Sweden like I do you're never really that far away from the ocean. I don't see it every day, but it is a nice feeling to know that it is only a short drive there to get the salty smell in your lungs and getting to see the vast expanse of water in front of you.
The place in today's pictures were taken a bit further away from that though. This is Mölle, a small town almost as far north as you can go and still be in Skåne, and about an hour's drive from where I live. I went there to see a friend's art exhibition and of course I had my camera with me. Wouldn't be me otherwise, now would it?
Back in the early 20th century Mölle used to be quite the tourist trap with its rumored illicit activities (men and women bathed and swam...together...gasp! ;-)). It's still a very pretty place, but today life is much more quiet, and even more so now before the tourist season has begun for the year.
