Now that November is here and Daylight Savings Time is over it’s definitely moving towards winter and within a few weeks’ time the ice and snow will be here, so it’s probably a good idea to enjoy any sunlight that nature provides. That’s why I grabbed my camera and suggested to my constant photo partner (a.k.a. Dad) that we head out to shoot. He didn’t need much convincing, so we headed to the nearby Höje Å area, just outside of Lund, Sweden, where there are some footpaths along a slow moving creek that provide a few nice shots.
Who knows…could be “snowbirds” flying south to avoid the coming winter?
Yep…there was frost on the ground…clearly foreshadowing what is not far off in time….
Still a lot of green on the trees when we were there…a few days ago. Now though I suspect it’s either yellow or fallen off.
Lawnmower out in action at the local 4 H farm.
The footpath follows the creek’s bends for a little while.
Mystery opening….I wonder what’s behind the hedge…Narnia? Middle Earth?
When the leaves glow like this you “must” take the picture, even if it feels a bit like a cliché.
